Starting A Novel (ONLINE)

This 4-module course is designed for anyone who wants to try writing a novel, or for anyone who's started but is need of some guidance. Each module contains advice on a particular aspect of beginning to write and plan a novel, as well as exercises to try out. At the end of each module, the participant should have material to submit to the tutor for feedback. As some of the exercises can be time-consuming, participants have 6 weeks to complete the 4 modules.

• Module 1: Beginning; Research
• Module 2: Characters
• Module 3: Plotting and outlining
• Module 4: Viewpoint
